The group, which represent a diverse, ambitious and innovative future for the sector, is the fifth annual cohort to be selected for the prestigious professional development programme, launched by Sport Industry Group in 2015.
Together, they bring an unprecedented range of skillsets, including commercial partnerships and sales, content production, digital and data expertise, finance, sponsorship, talent management and emerging technologies. Importantly, they also join a network of 148 Sport Industry NextGen alumni – a group that is increasing in global influence, power and creativity every year and sits at the forefront of the emerging talent within the industry.
Tom follows in the footsteps of other LiveWire Sport employees named as Sport Industry NextGen Leaders, including Head of Creative Production, Jack Westgarth, and Senior Consultant, Leigh Walsh.

The successful Leaders will now benefit from a year-long Leadership Package which includes once in a lifetime training, personal development and networking opportunities, in addition to the powerful, lifelong friendships the Leaders form together.

The Sport Industry NextGen programme is aimed at industry professionals aged 30 and younger. It is designed to better equip emerging talent for leadership roles within sport – and in turn to ensure the industry itself is fit to face the challenges of the future at a time of rapid change.
